Admission

ADMISSION RULES:

• Application for admission to the hostel will be in the prescribed form. Giving any false information will be liable for immediate dismissal.
• All admissions are entirely at the sole discretion of the management & warden of the hostel.
• The management reserves their rights in respect of allotment of rooms. A resident cannot demand a particular room or choice as to her room-mate. Residents shall have to occupy the room the management allots to her and they are expected to maintain cordial bonding with each other.

TIMINGS:

• Residents are expected to be in by 11:00 pm. Silence should be observed from 11:30pm to 5:00am, lights should be put off at 12:00 pm.
• Residents whose trains/flights timings fall between 11:00 pm to 5:00 am must ask for permission from the warden in advance.
• Night out should be informed to the warden in writing and entry must be recorded in the register.

MESS:

• Residents are not allowed to take food to their rooms i.e. breakfast, lunch, dinner or any other food parcels ordered from outside. Therefore everybody should have their food in the mess area only.
• Electric kettle, Steamer, Induction, Electric cooker are not allowed to be used in the rooms. Violation of this rule management will seize/confiscate the items and will not be returned back.

GENERAL RULES:

• Residents should be dressed appropriately when they are out of their rooms. Preferably knee length or longer dress.
• Identity card should be shown on demand any time of the day. If ID not found resident will not be allowed to enter hostel.
• No intoxicating drinks/drugs should be kept in the rooms, if consumed by the residents in the hostel premises or resident found in intoxicated condition will be dismissed immediately.
• Residents should report any sickness immediately. They are liable to be sent to the hospital at the discretion of the warden.
• Residents are not allowed to bring their own furniture's or cooler into the rooms or move furniture from one place to another.
• The management will not be responsible for any loss of mobile, money, jewellery or other valuable things due to negligence or theft. The residents are advised not to have large amount of cash or costly jewellery in the room with them.

CLEANLINESS:

• Rooms are to be kept tidy and residents should help the management in maintaining the premises clean. No waste material should be thrown in the bathrooms or sinks. No sanitary pads should be thrown or flushed in W/C.
• Lights and fans should be put off as well as taps & geysers should be shut off before stepping out of the room. Violation will be fined.
• Residents are expected to follow the hostel rules that no nail shall be driven into the wall, no pictures be hanged or sticked on the walls or furniture, no writing on walls, doors, windows.
• No footwear's should be kept in the corridors. If found management has a right to dispose them off. Passage should be kept clean and hygienic.

VISITORS & GUEST:

• No visitors will be allowed in the residents rooms.
• Female guests may be permitted to stay with the resident for a limited period with the special permission of the warden / office in-charge on per day charge basis.
• The warden and other office bearers of the trust are entitled to visit and inspect the rooms of the residents.

NOTE:

• Rent should be paid before 15th of every month, if fail to pay on time late penalty will be charged on per day basis.
• Hostel fees are subject to change from time to time.
• Residents desired to leave the hostel should serve 30 days prior leave notice in writing surrendering the deposit receipt duly attached. Security deposit will be refunded when the residents leaves the hostel.
• Leave application given on short notice will be charged notice fee.
• Residents shall leave the hostel compulsory at the expiry of 3 years from the date of joining. Please note no extension will be given.
• Residents should collect their belongings while leaving the hostel. Or else left behind stuffs not collected within 30 days, management has rights to dispose it off.
• The security deposit will be forfeited if the hostelite leaves the hostel before completion of 3 months from the date of joining.

NOTICE:

• Any inmate not observing the discipline in the hostel will have to vacate the room when a 15 days' notice is served to her.
• Residents found guilty of misconduct or breach of any of these rules inspite of prior warnings parents will be informed and she will be dismissed immediately.

After carefully reading and accepting all the terms and conditions, applicants may proceed with the admission process.

1. Collect the admission form from the Hostel Office.
2. Complete the form and submit it along with all the necessary supporting documents.
3. Submit the prescribed admission/hostel fees as applicable.
4. Upon verification of the application, documents, and payment, admission to the hostel will be granted as per the hostel's rules and availability.

Note: Admission is subject to eligibility, document verification, room availability, and acceptance of the hostel's terms and conditions.
